Core studio fees

Travel beyond the Antwerp ring is quoted before booking. Evening surveys carry a €75 surcharge.

Packages

Single room integrate — survey, sourcing shortlist, placement sketch, and delivery coordination: from €1,650 excluding furniture and workshop labour.

Two-room suite — as above for linked rooms (e.g. parlour and dining): from €2,850. Floor settle — three or more rooms with era rules and textile notes: from €4,200.

What invoices exclude

Dealer prices for furniture, specialist restoration labour, textile maker fees, and building permits for wall anchors are billed separately with receipts when we handle purchases on your behalf.

We take no hidden percentage on dealer stock; a transparent buying fee of 8% applies only when we pay and arrange transport for you.

Deposits and payment

A 40% deposit confirms larger packages; the balance is due after placement day. Surveys are payable at the visit or by invoice within seven days.

How to choose a starting fee

If you already own the pieces, begin with placement or a mixing-eras workshop. If the rooms are empty aside from one heirloom, start with a survey plus sourcing brief.
